Right-of-way: All proposed work will take place within the existing highway boundary. There is no anticipated need for additional right-of-way as part of this project.
Utilities: No major utility impacts are anticipated to occur with this project. Some minor adjustments may be required during construction but no full relocations are expected.
Work Zone Traffic Control: Traffic will be maintained using temporary lane and shoulder closures as required to progress the work. Access to all driveways will be maintained throughout construction. This project will not require an off-site detour.

Anticipated Environmental Classification:
- New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) – Type II
- National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) – Class II, Action C-List Categorical Exclusion
- It is expected that construction of this project will have no negative environmental effects. The Contractor will be required to control soil erosion and sedimentation caused by construction operations
